Identity & Access Management Service Delivery Analyst

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) organization provides a secure, integrated, efficient, enterprise-wide IAM Services to enable efficient and effective protection of P&G information assets and ensure IT access is aligned with business need. We are looking for a highly motivated and talented IAM Service Delivery Analyst to join a fast-paced, dynamic and challenging environment. This role is a full-time, direct employment opportunity in Warsaw, Poland. Salary is based on experience and qualifications.

Essential Responsibilities

As the Service Delivery Analyst, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

· Own and lead delivery of one or more of P&G’s IAM Services, which includes enrollment and identification, authentication and authorization, user, service, application, and privileged access requests, approvals, reviews, provisioning, and deprovisioning, data integrity management, and internal/external audit support.

· For some positions, extensive support of SAP role and access management may also be required including conflicting capabilities and compensating controls.

Implement an IAM operating model based on direction from the IAM Service Delivery Manager for one or more P&G IAM platforms. Current platforms include PingID,

· Ping Federate, Ping Access, Sailpoint IdentityIQ, Centrify Privileged Access Management (PAM), MS Active Directory, MS Azure AD, Radiant Logic Virtual Directory, and Security Weaver.

· Transformation of legacy IAM tools and solutions associated with assigned platform responsibilities.

· Enable migration of applications, systems, platforms, and services to use IAM services.

· Manage IAM service quality to achieve service delivery objectives and Key Performance Indicators.

· Manage Service Delivery Associate team members and liaise with regional IAM Tier 3 Operations Analysts on a global scale.

Technical Competencies and Experience:

Strong technical knowledge and demonstrated experience in the following:

· Excellent skills in ITIL Service Operations processes.

· Extensive experience in IAM Service Delivery with an emphasis on general IAM governance and process design and audit engagement.

· Working knowledge of at least one IAM platform in use at P&G.

You must possess strong conceptual knowledge and demonstrated ability in:

· Organizational leadership

· Business process transformation and optimization.

· Visual representation of Service Operations metrics and reporting.

· Service Operations governance, process design, and audit support.

· Hands-on operational support and troubleshooting.

· Enterprise IAM architecture, processes, and best practices.

Interpersonal Skills:

· Strong verbal, presentation and written skills.

· Independent problem-solving and self-directing abilities.

· Strong interpersonal skills and effective collaborator with many different types of audiences, including working with multiple service providers.

· Self-driven and flexible with high motivation.

· Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects.


Qualification Requirements:

·Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Engineering, or other technical/IT field and/or relevant Information Security experience (at least 3+yrs preferred)

·Available to work off hours during the evenings and weekends as required, sometimes with little advanced notice.

·All Information Security roles require CISSP certification. Candidates without the certification must be able to pass the exam within the first 15 months of start of employment. P&G provides study preparation and exam cost coverage.

·Role requires working from the Procter & Gamble office in Warsaw, Poland.
