We are looking for passionate and ambitious IT professionals to join our Pampers team where you will grow as an IT Ops Manager.
Responsibilities:
You will be in charge of the operations of the Pampers Mobile application. This is a loyalty App that rewards consumers for their purchase of diapers. This application is in constant evolution with new development. Your responsibilities will include:
Working closely with the different teams that are in charge of the development and maintenance of the application.
Driving continuous process improvement in application operations and site reliability engineering (SRE).
Providing technical direction for the design of complex, multi-regions large-scale systems solutions to effectively implement the created strategy.
Governing external vendor teams responsible for the day-to-day operations activities
Creating a strong team working environment and culture with high morale and productivity
Keeping up to date on the latest standard methodologies, strategies, technologies and industry changes relevant to your product domain
Researching and identifying new opportunities for Procter and Gamble to innovate on behalf of the consumers
Qualifications
Experience in governing or managing IT applications
Certifications in DevOps / SRE
Experience with at least one major public cloud platform (Azure, AWS, GCP), Azure preferred.
Proven experience in crafting and implementing DevOps principles, concepts, practices and tools (CI/CD pipelines, testing automation, performance testing, monitoring and alerting, source code management, containerization, configuration management).
Working experience with Agile Methodology.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging with business partners.
Strong collaboration across multifunctional team. History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired.
Fluent English (written and spoken);

Mobile App experience
Azure certification
Product Owner certification or experience
