Quality Assurance Engineer

Within this role you will:
Govern and manage test strategies and executions for Trade Investments solutions focusing on Salesforce platform
Cooperate across IT and business organizations and different vendors to optimize and improve test quality
Lead strategic transformations of our testing approach – moving away from manual effort into highly automated testing process fully integrated into CICD development pipeline
Leverage automated tests to perform continuous availability and performance monitoring of production environment
Maintain and upgrade our testing framework build on Jira, Selenium and Jenkins
Qualifications
We are looking for: IT professional experienced in software quality assurance; Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes; Experience with at least one of tools Panaya, Zephyr, Selenium, Experitest or Worksoft;
Knowledge of professional software engineering and best practices for the full software development life cycle;
Hands-on experience with automated testing tool; Experience with CI/CD and related tools like Jira, Jenkins, GitHub; Experience in test processes framework definition, setup and mgmt.; Experience in managing testing teams; Strong leadership, client management, and communication skills; Strong analytical skills and passion for technology;
English proficiency and at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer / Systems / Industrial Engineering, Business / Management Information Systems or Software Development
Nice to have: Knowledge and job experience of ITIL framework ideally with Foundation ITIL certificate; Knowledge of application architecture and application integration; Knowledge of SQL and scripting; Experience in test automation with Selenium framework using Java or/and Python scripts; Experience with Agile and CI/CD concepts and related tools like Jira, Jenkins, GitHub; Programming / configuration experience with any of our core platforms (Magento, MS Azure, Salesforce, Siebel or Anaplan); Proficiency in cloud topics (especially Microsoft Azure); Practical experience in project management
