The role focuses on leading one of the categories from our FMCG portfolio of products. On this managerial position you will be implementing sales and marketing strategies to further grow our brands across offline & online channels. Within your assignment you will collaborate with different departments at local and regional level such as sales, marketing and finance. The role will be challenging and significant from the first day and an outstanding amount of learning and experience will strengthen your personal and professional development. With us you will:
Lead, develop and deploy category annual sales plan and market strategy for leading global FMCG brands to optimize channel strategies and improve company turnover
Serve as category expert with customers to facilitate selling and execution for critical sales plans (i.e. major category management change, key initiative)
Build and deliver locally relevant category conceptual selling materials in collaboration with marketing and sales department and external vendors
Craft go to market initiatives and prepare requirements including start of shipment, ranging, sizing, pricing & promotion, visibility
Manage budget of trade spending including sales budget deployment with key business drivers’ criteria, trade spending efficiency, stewardship
Develop trade and e-commerce strategies to improve / maximize trade return on investment by completing promotion analysis and validate against encouraged results
Continuously analyse customer position to recommend in-store action sought at strengthening P&G's position within categories
Design, develop and execute innovative and impactful annual brand/category marketing and trade marketing plans to meet the needs of multiple markets for P&G portfolio
Build collaborative business relationship with internal and external partners
Apply if you have:
Experience in trade marketing / category management and as a key account manager, ideally in FMCG environment
Attitude of continuously striving for excellence, and ability to take calculated risk to achieve outstanding results
Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills, together with ability to influence others
Agility to provide clear direction to sales team to drive the best in-store execution
Proficiency in English and Polish (written and spoken) and EU work permit
Bachelor’s degree and driving licence
