Communications Manager (Fabric & Home Care)
Do you have a strong background in brand building and communications? Then this could be your perfect opportunity! We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our team helping to build and protect the reputation of the portfolio behind some of the world's biggest and best-loved brands in our Fabric and Home Care categories.
Responsibilities of the role include:
Brand initiative plans, influencer marketing, day-to-day agency management, issue and crisis management - all for single/multiple brands or single market/country.
Supporting our UK and Ireland businesses across iconic brands like Fairy, Flash, Ariel and Lenor to build the brands’ credibility and relevance, increase brand awareness, drive education, sustainability messages and habit change, both internally and externally for the Company.
Leading the deployments of the brand’s communications strategy with responsibilities that will include Agency Management, Budget Management, Content Creation & Campaign Development with high focus in Social Media & Digital Support, Influencer Marketing, Media Relations, Issues & Crisis Management and Citizenship (Community Impact, Diversity & inclusion, Environmental Sustainability).

In this role we look for:
Top Graduate Talent: minimum bachelor’s degree required (business management/communications related field advantageous but not essential).
Some years minimum experience in Communications/Brand PR (in house or at an agency).
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal in English.
Experience in building and executing PR plans as well as amplifying with top influencers.
Experience in working across Social media and platforms.
Some experience in crisis and issues management is preferred but not essential.
Working under pressure is common in this role so you should feel comfortable with change/flexing to meet the demands of this exciting job.
