As our Regulatory Affairs Manager you will support a range of challenging regulatory and technical projects for our non medicines business with special focus on food supplement in countries as UK/IE.

Your key tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Provide regulatory guidance in terms of product specific support, artwork review, claims support, compliance in accordance with local UK and EU food regulations.

  • Determine the regulatory strategies to support new initiatives or protect current business/formulations in the market, and defining Go to Market (G2M) Innovation Master Plans (IMP).

  • Support regulatory life cycle management activities for non-medicinal products (focus on food supplements, but also medical devices, cosmetics) including labelling compliance according toUK and European regulations, guidelines, practices, etc.

  • Ensure full compliance with UK/ European regulations, Company standards, internal requirements (including internal systems) and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) of all marketed products.

  • Cooperate with the local and European teams in preparation of new launches and any new initiative of the portfolio under your responsibility.

  • Interaction with key authorities and external organizations.

The role entails the following:

  • Manage all regulatory activities needed to support product claims, guidelines, practices, etc.

  • Support execution of claims in artworks, promotional materials, and all relevant communication tools.

  • Provide timely responses to authorities’ inquiries.

  • Ensure labeling compliance by updating information texts, artwork and packaging materials according to company data sheets, national requirements and internal processes.

  • Ensure full compliance with national regulations, Company standards, internal requirements, and SOPs of all marketed products.

  • Strong cooperation with the marketing and sales, supply chain and other technical functions in preparation of new launches and any new initiative of the portfolio under your responsibility.

  • Coordinate and implement change control processes and continuously track our got to market activities.

  • Coordinate regulatory projects with the respective internal stakeholders and support regulatory strategies.

  • Ensure compliance and up to date records in all internal systems under your responsibility.

What we are looking for:

  • Degree in Food chemistry or natural sciences or comparable academic background; Master on Regulatory Affairs is a Plus!

  • Strong experience in food supplement regulatory; other non-medicines regulatory experience is a Plus!

  • Demonstrated interest in regulatory affairs topics in other areas than Food supplements (Cosmetics, Medical devices).

  • Creative mindset and innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, flexibility and perseverance.

  • Professional user skills of standard software business applications.

  • Enjoy working both independently or as part of a team.
