This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administration Manager to join a team of experts, who support the systems and processes used by Sales, seeking to automate and simplify them wherever possible. 

The Sales Administration People Manager will lead and manage the administrative sales team based in Brooklands.  This team manage the administration that is generated between our Sales teams and our external customers around product listings and promotions. 

With us you will:

  • People Manage – Lead, motivate and support the team to ensure they are able to perform at their best.  Manage work plans, performance reviews, coaching/training etc.
  • Ensure core processes are delivered with excellence – Support the team to manage priorities, reviewing key metrics to identify outages and focus areas.
  • Lead projects – Integrate new work into the team including recruiting for additional roles as required.
  • Proactively identify and deliver process improvements – Enabling time savings and/or stewardship improvements.
  • Develop indispensable partnerships with key contacts in Sales, Finance and externally – ensuring regular connects with key contacts.
  • Ensure all sales stewardship policies are followed


What we are looking for:

  • Leadership: Able to lead and deliver projects, engaging key stakeholders and experts.
  • Process Improvement: able to continually identify opportunities to improve existing and new processes.
  • Experience of working in a Sales environment for FMCG or similar company. 
  • Advanced in Excel and proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Powerpoint, Word).
  • Strong Collaboration & Communication skills: a team player able to work with different teams to maximise results with strong written and verbal communication to ensure clear and professional.
  • Strong numeracy & problem-solving skills: able to support the team to investigate and resolve data issues.
