Senior Communications Manager for Baby/Femcare Brands
We are looking for a highly motivated professional to join our Brand Communications team as a Senior Brand Communications Manager. Based in our London headquarters in Brooklands, Weybridge, you would support the Northern Europe and the UK business to drive brand reputation for the Baby & Feminine sectors.
The key element of the role is the implementation of the brand communications strategy, preventing issues through scenario planning and managing crises. The strategy would include developing a variety of strong and trustworthy relationships with business partners that can be used to build and protect the reputation of the sector brands.
In this role, you will:
Create strong media relations and support with the direct communication with the UK press.
Anticipate and manage issues & crisis, and create issues management plans and strategies.
Develop and execute integrated communication / brand public relations (PR) strategies and plans that generate earned awareness and advocacy for Babycare and Femcare brands.
Lead social engagement strategies, community management and produce compelling content that influences opinion and drives action in support of the brands.
Manage the work and capabilities of Brand Public Relations agencies.
Apply if you have:
A bachelors degree in any discipline (a Communication/PR focus is desirable, but not essential)
Strong experience in Communications/Brand PR with experience in issues and crisis management.
Strong communications skills and management of external relations.
Experience in influencer-inspired credentialing and equity building PR programs
English at business fluency
