Senior Communications Manager for Baby/Femcare Brands

We are looking for a highly motivated professional to join our Brand Communications team as a Senior Brand Communications Manager. Based in our London headquarters in Brooklands, Weybridge, you would support the Northern Europe and the UK business to drive brand reputation for the Baby & Feminine sectors.

The key element of the role is the implementation of the brand communications strategy, preventing issues through scenario planning and managing crises. The strategy would include developing a variety of strong and trustworthy relationships with business partners that can be used to build and protect the reputation of the sector brands.

In this role, you will:

  • Create strong media relations and support with the direct communication with the UK press.

  • Anticipate and manage issues & crisis, and create issues management plans and strategies.

  • Develop and execute integrated communication / brand public relations (PR) strategies and plans that generate earned awareness and advocacy for Babycare and Femcare brands.

  • Lead social engagement strategies, community management and produce compelling content that influences opinion and drives action in support of the brands.

  • Manage the work and capabilities of Brand Public Relations agencies.


Apply if you have:

  • A bachelors degree in any discipline (a Communication/PR focus is desirable, but not essential)

  • Strong experience in Communications/Brand PR with experience in issues and crisis management.

  • Strong communications skills and management of external relations.

  • Experience in influencer-inspired credentialing and equity building PR programs

  • English at business fluency
