Media and Data Manager
Globally, digital advertising consumption keeps growing quickly, offering the opportunity for advertisers to shift from ‘mass reach’ to ‘mass reach with 1to1 communication’, delivering relevant content to Consumers, served on the right platform, at the right time.
In parallel, the landscape continues to evolve quickly behind both privacy regulations and interventions of leading tech players to increase the privacy of web users.
To help lead the media and data marketing team on the journey to mass personalization, P&G is looking for a self-motivated, results driven, media and data marketing expert!
In this role you will lead the Media Marketing capability across all the P&G categories and brands present in the United Kingdom & Ireland. You will have the ability to evolve how P&G works when it comes to Precision Targeting Media across the different media platforms, enabling our brands to continue to win in their respective media ecosystem!
Key Responsibilities Include:
Leading the Brand Audience strategy: collaborating with the Brand teams to understand Brand/Category specific needs when it comes to precision targeting, and to identify the data-enabled strategy for reaching our target consumers.
Leading UK Mass Personalization media activation: putting 1st party data at the core of the precision targeting strategy and partnering with the CRM and Media agency to grasp the attention of our target audience.
Leading Data partnerships activation: collaborating with the Sales teams, Purchasing and IT to identify data partnership opportunities with selected suppliers and retailers, to complement and integrate the 1st party data strategy.
Leading Privacy pillar: being the Privacy and GDPR guardian, to work with Finance & Accounting and IT to secure strong stewardship and controls in this area.

What We Are Looking For
Courageous Leader with media experience and willingness to continuously learn.
Innovative and entrepreneurial focus. You will need to be focused and decisive with the ability to take risks where needed. With an ability to naturally make creative connections, experimenting continuously and pushing boundaries.
Excellent interpersonal & collaboration skills. You will be trusted to navigate a Matrix organization, influence people and build strong relationships internally/externally to drive action.
Experience of UK media landscape, in particular Digital/Data. Particularly a knowledge of UK media landscape, including digital programmatic marketing, and activation of awareness and performance campaigns.
Strong Analytical Capabilities You will have an analytical mindset and are familiar with A/B testing methodologies and incremental ROI concepts.
Privacy regulation knowledge You are familiar with GDPR and the latest media landscape interventions to increase the privacy of web users (e.g. Google policy on third-party cookie).
