Provide the space and tools to continue building strong talent within the IT community by attracting, developing, and maximizing the impact of female talent.


About Us


In our offices in San José, Costa Rica, we have a group of women, which we call Women of IT.

Our team has been founded for approximately 11 years and was born from a need for women in IT, who wanted to connect with each other and generate a network of contacts beyond their immediate areas. This is how the group has grown and evolved and today has a direct impact on the development, career growth, mentoring, retention and hiring of women in our Technology Hub in San José.

Our Initiatives 

The biggest P&G female empowering event! The main goal is to attract women from IT careers to train them on different important topics and encourage them to go through the application process for an internship or a full time job.
Girls in STEM
The objective of this event is to promote young women (>15 years old) to pursuit an IT Career.
Through Hire 200 we are intentionally hiring females with learning agility, to place them in the best possible IT role.
