I joined P&G shortly after finishing college, and immediately felt a sense of trust - trust in my work and trust in my ability to get the job done. I had many assigned responsibilities that I had never done before, but the level of trust and support from my team empowered me to do my very best. From Day 1, I remember having a feeling that my work mattered, that I am capable, and that innovation is the path that P&G wants to follow. Today, my job focuses on syncing the entire supply chain through efficient ordering processes. I’m responsible for delivering the best service to our customers at the best cost.
