HR Diciplines

Practice HR 
  • Mostly included in the governance and innovation function division of P&G 

  • Provide standards, policies, and processes that deliver a positive employee experience 

  • Includes employee relations, talent management, compensation and benefits, and shared services 

  • Drive corporate standards and innovations 

Geography/Site/Plant HR 
  • Deliver programs and employee experiences at offices, sites, and plants 

  • Ensure a consistent employment experience for all employees 

  • Interactions with local government contacts 

HR Operations 
  • Deliver employee systems and process excellence 

  • Lead initiative management 

  • Drive operational discipline for HR 

Business Account HR 
  • Face of HR to employees in P&G business units 
Functional HR 
  • Build capability for a business function like marketing, finance, or R&D
