Europe Supply Network Hub (SNH) is the heart of the region and P&G's largest planning center, where all elements of the Supply Chain are coordinated. Thanks to our teams, you can always find the products you need on the shelves of your favorite store.

Upon joining SNH, you will be assigned a role in one of the supply chain areas, such as production planning, demand planning, materials supply, artwork, or physical distribution. You can grow in areas such as supply chain operations, data analysis, process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN SNH?

Collaboration Projects

Engage in cross-functional collaboration with suppliers, manufacturing plants, and business partners from diverse international and professional backgrounds to ensure efficient planning and coordination.
Performance Optimization Projects
Analyze inventory, service metrics, market trends, and sales data to identify improvement opportunities and develop strategies for optimizing supply chain performance.
System
Management Projects
Oversee operational tasks related to various supply chain systems, such as SAP, BI solutions, and internal platforms, to support streamlined planning processes.
Skill
Development Projects
Participate in accelerated on-the-job and classroom trainings aimed at enhancing your personal capabilities, leadership skills, and expertise in utilizing supply chain analytical tools and operational excellence methodologies.
