Freshman Leadership Forum
P&G’s Freshman Leadership Forum is a student program designed to reach top diverse students and others in their freshman year of an undergraduate degree in order to build leadership skills and expose them to the opportunities available at P&G. Travel and accommodation expenses will be paid for all participants.
You will interact with other top undergraduate students from all over the country as well as have the chance to speak candidly with P&G functional managers about corporate America and our P&G culture. You will also learn more about the opportunity to interview for an internship for the following summer.
While P&G is a leader in consumer packaged goods, it's the people behind our brands that make us stand out. The interaction you'll have with these diverse and talented people will give you unique preparation for the future and a first-hand look at what it’s like to work at P&G. WHAT is the Freshman Leadership Forum?
Procter & Gamble's Freshman Forum is a student program designed to reach top diverse students and others in their freshman year of an undergraduate degree.
The objective of the forum is to expose students early to the type of opportunities available in our different Career Areas. You will interact with other top undergraduate students from all over the country as well as have the chance to speak candidly with P&G managers about their work and our P&G culture.
What CAREER AREAS can you learn more about by attending?
Consumer & Market Knowledge (CMK): Our CMK professionals are our consumer-understanding gurus! They’re at the forefront of market trends – and a voice for the consumer. They Integrate shopper needs and market understanding to catalyze our business growth. CMK Managers do it across all our brands, every day.
Design: Our designers are responsible for creating exceptional design solutions for packaging, product and digital that support the brand strategy and business objectives. Preferred degrees include Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Textile Design, Industrial Design, Digital Design, Motion Design, VFX Design, or Media Design.
Finance & Accounting (F&A): We’re looking for students with a strong interest in Finance & Accounting along with demonstrated leadership ability! Potential majors or concentrations include Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Commerce or Taxation.
Product Supply (PS): Do you have strong interest in Engineering and Manufacturing? Then a product supply career could be for you! Potential majors include Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial and other Engineering majors.
Information Technology (IT): Information Technology is where business, innovation and technology come together to create competitive advantage. Our mission is to deliver IT to help P&G win with consumers. Students interested in MIS, Comp Science, Comp/Systems Eng, IE/Systems Eng, Info Security, Applied Math, Statistics, Analytics (or like degrees) are encouraged to apply!

You’ll work in a diverse, fast-paced environment, getting significant business responsibility from day one – leading in-market strategies across multiple product lines while developing deep expertise in P&G brands and categories.
WHO are we looking for?
We are looking for students who are currently a freshman in an undergraduate degree program. A strong interest in working for P&G along with demonstrated leadership ability is required for those interested. Candidates are expected to have and maintain high academic standards with their education institutions.
WHEN is it?
The Freshman Leadership Forum will be held at the end of April in Cincinnati, OH.
