El líder de proyectos es el responsable directo de la ejecución de proyectos de capital en la planta.
Su rol es garantizar que cada ejecución se haga con el mejor costo para la compañía y realizar el control de costos en los proyectos de Inversión de Capital, cumpliendo con el alcance y tiempo definidos, haciendo un correcto manejo de los riesgos asociados a cada proyecto.
Debe tener conocimiento y realizar la ejecución de sus proyectos siguiendo las metodologías del pilar de IM y las herramientas de Project Management de la compañía.
Job Qualifications
- Ingeniería Industrial, Mecanica, Civil, Química o de Control.
- Ingles Nivel Intermedio (B2)
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel Intermedio, Power Point)
- Vivir en Medellin
