  • As a Design Co-op, you are responsible for crafting excellent design solutions that support the brand strategy and business objectives.


  • Co-op roles include hands-on design along with envisioning and crafting solutions for packaging, product and digital executions.


  • We have co-op roles across Graphic Design, Industrial Design and Digital Design.


  • There are three co-op sessions each year: Fall (Aug-Dec), Spring (Jan – May) and Summer (May – Aug).
  • Industrial designers are focused on delighting consumers and driving innovation by creating extraordinary systems, services, product and package solutions.


  • Partner with technical, business and brand experts to balance consumer needs with technical constraints and manufacturing processes.
  • Graphic Designers create, develop and deploy a brand’s iconic, holistic expression across all consumer touchpoints including packaging, promotional materials, visual communications, eCommerce, social media, etc.


  • Lead the design process on initiatives from problem definition to design implementation while collaborating with other design disciplines and multi-functional partners.
  • Digital Designers create exceptional digital experiences that expand our brands into new products and channels.


  • The work ranges from envisioning and prototyping to building and optimizing the UX, UI and content design for apps, connected devices, DTC. eComm and Social Media, etc.
