4. Enter your username & personal email address you have on file/application with P&G and hit SUBMIT
5. You will receive an email from us with a link to reset your password

6. From your email, click on Reset your Password
7. Enter a new Password and hit Submit
8. Below screen will appear and click on Set Up Now
