Our Dual Studies Program is a unique combination of academic excellence and real-world practice designed for Innovative leaders. This innovative program merges theoretical learning with hands-on experience, all within the vibrant setting of our industry leading FMCG Company.
During the program you will have great mentorship opportunity by our professionals who are committed to nurturing your growth, offering insights and support as you navigate the realms of academia and industry. You will use what you learn in theory courses in real work projects, get paid and gain great experience.
Program Details
The Program spans 6 semesters.
Each semester will be combination of university courses and P&G internships.
You can select specialization in Software Engineering, Data Science or related subjects.
- You will finish the program with a bachelor's degree and great work experience.
Our Locations
Main location for the practical program will be P&G in Schwalbach/ Kronberg. During the study period, classes will take place at Duale Hochschule Baden Württemberg (DHBW) in Mannheim.
Unveiling the Future with Hessentechnikum Program: Empowering Female Pioneers in STEM!
If you are a recent high school graduate on the cusp of an exciting journey, but uncertain about your path ahead, this is the right program for you.
The Hessentechnikum Program is designed exclusively for young, ambitious women like you, ready to explore the captivating realms of STEM (MINT in German) and embark on a trailblazing career. Many of the students who have joined the HT program in the past, had not considered IT as an option before their internship with us, they were not aware of the vast and varied opportunities an IT career has to offer. This gives you the right platform to help you make a better decision about your future career.
Program Details
- The program lasts for 12 weeks.
- 4 days per week you will be with our IT experts in P&G.
- One day per week is set aside to attend the university, where you will have another opportunity to learn about different career paths and skills.
- In this program, you will have the opportunity to “try out” your chosen career paths.
- You will be offered two internships with two different companies (more details needed).
