Come and meet us at our IT Events


There are a lot of external events that we organize or co-organize with our partners. We closely collaborate with several local universities and students’ organizations. Additionally, there is a continuous presence in the broader community which enables us to strengthen our partnership with our future employees. 

We are excited to meet you in person at university events. The list of universities where we keep our presence consists of but limited to the list: University of Warsaw, Warsaw University of Technology, Warsaw School of Economics, Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology, Kozminski University, Lodz University of Technology and many more.

You can also meet us at big IT industry conferences and events, such as Women in Tech Summit and Women in Tech Camp.

WOMEN IN TECH SUMMIT

It is one of the biggest conferences in Europe on Tech & IT. It is the source of great ideas, filled with broad knowledge and amazing networking opportunities. It is crafted especially for professionals, leaders, IT specialists, scientists and students. In pandemic times, it was organized in "online mode" which increased their reach – in 2021, there were over 8300 participants from 103 countries. The topics covered in Women in Tech Summit are very comprehensive, starting from automation, robotics, deep tech, cybersecurity to digital ecology, fintech and sustainable leadership.

POLAND 2.0 SUMMIT 2023

Poland 2.0 Summit is a conference mainly targeted towards Polish professionals and students. The Summit strives to show how innovations and technology can influence our lives. During previous editions of the Summit, they have successfully connected hundreds of ambitious and blooming individuals sharing an interest in innovation and entrepreneurship from all sorts of backgrounds. The conference proves that there is no such thing as being “too young to succeed”.

FUTURE LEADER IT

This is an event crafted for engineering students and graduates. This provides you with a unique "on-the-job" experience. We will show you our high technology in our production plant. You will meet and network with our Female Managers of all levels from both manufacturing and our European F&HC technical center (BIC). You will discover P&G from a creative, meaningful and challenging perspective you will enjoy.

WOMEN IN TECH CAMP

This event is being organized for the most talented IT female students and high school graduates in Poland. It is a great chance for women to be inspired while kicking off their career. As a company, P&G was highly engaged in preparing the event – we provided Role Model Sessions, multiple tech & soft skills workshops, mentoring talks and many development conversations.

IT FOR SHE

The main purpose of this program is to help young women when they shape their IT career. The support is diversified and includes mentoring sessions in new technology areas, volunteering for kids coming from small towns, conducting IT workshops, and online training series for teachers. Throughout the year, the student is mentored by an IT professional. The focus is put on exploring IT's potential. It can be done by conducting ambitious projects and expand programming and/or management knowledge.
