 P&G is dedicated to meeting the needs of applicants requesting accommodation due to a disability in order to complete the online application process.

If you have a disability that affects your ability to complete our online application process, please take the following action to request an  accommodation. Our Accommodation Specialists will work to ensure that you have application experience that meets your needs, without further complicating the process for you.

 You will simply need to:

Requests are facilitated via the application. Please indicate you will need an accommodation/adjustment when prompted.

In your email include the following information: 
 
  • Subject Line: P&G ACCOMMODATION REQUEST
  • Brief comment on your accommodation need – Learn more about what our assessment process entails here
  • Any questions you have about the accommodation process
  • Note – please ensure you do not include any medical data within your request, as it is not required at this stage. Further, please ensure that the email address in this form is the same that you have used or will use to create your candidate profile.
 
Our team will handle the rest:
 
 2. Your request will be routed to a P&G Accommodation Specialist who will be happy to help you through the process. You should receive an initial contact to discuss your accommodation request within 2-3 business days from submitting your form.  Please note – disregard any automated messages related to the assessments during this time. You should not proceed with any assessments until you have been directed to by the Accommodations Specialist. The Accommodations Specialist will not be able to supply you with an assessment solution tailored to the most appropriate reasonable accommodation if you have already completed the assessment using the standard link. 
 
  3. Your Accommodations Specialist will work with you to determine what may be needed to support your accommodations request, such as supporting medical documentation. Potential accommodation could include additional time on timed assessments, enhanced screen reader capability, interpreter/screen captioning for interviews, as well as other adjustments identified based on your needs.   4. Once the most appropriate reasonable accommodation is identified, you will be contacted regarding next steps. Remember – it is important to not move forward with taking the online assessment(s) until you hear back from a P&G Accommodation Specialist regarding your assessment accommodation request as you will only be able to complete the assessments once within a 12-month time frame. The exact timing for this notification cannot be estimated, as it varies according to the specific request and all requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
