During this 1.5-day event, you will have the chance to: 
  • Get a deep insight into P&G R&D and our latest technology for smart consumer devices.
  • See how all different functions like Mechanical Design, Electronic Design & Software Development, Data Science, Material Science and Process Development work seamlessly on our vision.
  • Challenge yourself with a real case study on creating a new product and coached by R&D experts. 
  • Explore our R&D Labs and see where our innovation happens.
  • Meet (female) R&D managers and young professionals to experience what day-to-day work looks like.

To manage this, we are constantly looking to grow our teams in areas as Brand Management, Analytics & Insights, Engineering, Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Manufacturing, Research & Development, Sales and Supply Chain Management.

  • You are a female student or recent graduate of the following fields of study:
    • Electrical-, Electronic-, Embedded Software-, Mechanical-, (Bio) Medical-, Process- Engineering, Physics, Data Science or similar
  • You are a resident within Europe
  • In case you’re applying for an internship, you’re available for at least three months, ideally six months and enrolled for the entire period
  • You are enthusiastic in solving complex technical problem statements and bringing new product ideas to life
  • You are passionate to work on device software and/or hardware concepts
  • You have an interest in managing multifunctional device projects
  • You have fluent English language skills​​​​​​​

In order to apply for the event, you will apply to our normal internship/Graduate Entry R&D roles. During the application process you will be asked whether you want to be considered for the event, please select YES. 
Application Deadline: 30th of October 2023 - Please take the online tests within 7 days after your application.

We need:
  • CV
  • Copy of Bachelor and Master diploma and transcript
  • Copy of relevant work, internship and volunteering certificates or reference letters

After application, you need to complete the online assessment within 7 days.

Our Online Tests consist of two parts:

Interactive Assessment

Once you have passed the CV Screening, we will invite a selection of candidates to the FFL event to get insights of P&G and to find out more about work in R&D.
If selected, you will receive an invitation email with more details 2-3 weeks prior to the event.  
All expenses (accommodation, meals, and travel) are covered by P&G.
