EVENT IMPRESSIONS

YOUR PROFILE

You are a female student or recent graduate of the following fields of study:
- Electrical-, Electronic-, Embedded Software-, Mechanical-, (Bio) Medical-, Process- Engineering, Physics, Data Science or similar
You are a resident within Europe
In case you’re applying for an internship, you’re available for at least three months, ideally six months and enrolled for the entire period
You are enthusiastic in solving complex technical problem statements and bringing new product ideas to life
You are passionate to work on device software and/or hardware concepts
You have an interest in managing multifunctional device projects
You have fluent English language skills

STEP 1: APPLICATION

In order to apply for the event, you will apply to our normal internship/Graduate Entry R&D roles. During the application process you will be asked whether you want to be considered for the event, please select YES.
Application Deadline: 30^th of October 2023 - Please take the online tests within 7 days after your application.
We need:

CV
Copy of Bachelor and Master diploma and transcript
Copy of relevant work, internship and volunteering certificates or reference letters

STEP 2: ONLINE ASSESSMENT

After application, you need to complete the online assessment within 7 days.
You can prepare for these tests by taking a closer look at our assessment website.
Our Online Tests consist of two parts:

STEP 3: FFL EVENT

Once you have passed the CV Screening, we will invite a selection of candidates to the FFL event to get insights of P&G and to find out more about work in R&D.
If selected, you will receive an invitation email with more details 2-3 weeks prior to the event.
All expenses (accommodation, meals, and travel) are covered by P&G.

STEP 4: PEAK Interviews

Now that you are familiar with German Innovation Center and P&G culture, next step is to pass our interviews for an Internship/Thesis or Full-Time position opportunity. Here is some more information on what to expect in our interview process.
