“My data analysis leads to award-winning campaigns”

I am a business analyst reporting into A&I—analytics and insights. I’m responsible for identifying trends, and my insights are turned into business education. This information is shared throughout the company and impacts the work we do, from the development of new products to the messaging in marketing campaigns. I can see the impact of my work in the way retailers operate, as well as on the TV in our ads. That’s something I’m very proud of.
I work with our retail customers to help them improve their e-commerce experience in order to increase online sales. My current project could radically change data management because I’m looking at how we can capture and digitize offline data. This has never been done before. It’s a huge project, which is why I’m working with a team of data scientists, business analysts, and different business leaders, as well as a powerful suite of trade analysis tools such as Excel, Spotfire, KNIME, and Microsoft Power BI. If we succeed, it will be a game-changer for the industry.
