In P&G Brand Management, our role is to build consumer-preferred brands that create value for consumers, customers, and shareholders. We achieve this through superior products, packaging, brand communication, retail execution, and consumer and customer value equation.

Often referred to as marketing in other companies, we think of brand management in broader terms. Here, you will actually create the brands themselves and oversee every aspect of their success, not just their marketing plans.

A 3 day all expenses paid camp in August where you will meet with senior Brand leaders and learn about both our brands and the amazing career opportunities in Brand Management. During the camp, participants will have the opportunity to interview for and gain early admission to the 2023 Summer Internship Program.

During P&G’s summer internship program, you will have the opportunity to work directly with your Brand manager and multi-functional teams to develop a better understanding of our business and consumers. Projects allow you to demonstrate your ability to think strategically and critically by making recommendations to solve current business challenges.

FULL-TIME BRAND MANAGER POSITIONS

From Day 1 in an entry level role, you will work directly with your consumers and multi-functional teams to lead business strategy, stewardship and analysis. You will start off working on key brands from the beginning. Over time, as you expand your impact on the business, your responsibility and ownership of a brand will quickly grow.
