P&G facilitates your search via TalentBrew, a job matching tool developed by TMP Worldwide. TalentBrew uses the LinkedIn application to extract job relevant information from a user’s LinkedIn profile (name, email, city, experience, education, skills & endorsements, recommendations, accomplishments and interests). P&G processes your data pursuant to its Candidate Privacy Notice.
We use that information to run an automated keyword-based comparison against P&G’s job descriptions and then present our available roles sorted by order of relevancy to your qualifications. The encrypted user data is only cached within our servers for 24 hours to save time for returning users. We do not access, process or store this information except to provide the job matching service
P&G AMA CITIZENSHIP PROGRAMME
P&G Singapore has stepped up efforts to help those affected by COVID-19 pandemic. We have contributed over 307,000 care packs, 24,000 cleaning products, and financial support totalling over USD 5 million to vulnerable individuals and families. In support of communities affected by the pandemic, we collaborated with long-standing partners including Community Chest Migrant Workers Centre and NTUC FairPrice.
P&G Singapore leads a signature Grant-A-Wish event to give back to local communities. P&G leaders, alongside two of Singapore’s local ministers, Mr. Gan Kim Yong (then Health Minister) and Ms. Low Yen Ling (Mayor of South West Community Development Council) visited six households at two rental blocks. Over 200 P&G Singapore colleagues participated in this program and contributed to the total 313 gifts sponsored for under-privileged kids.
EQUALITY AND INCLUSION
Singapore’s Product Supply team launched ‘Beautiful Minds’ in partnership with the Autism Resource Center Singapore. This is a program to recruit and support neurodiverse team members, providing specific on-the-job training and career skills. P&G Singapore was awarded the ‘Enabling Innovation Award’ and the ‘Enabling Mark (Silver)’ for these efforts in driving disability-inclusive employment.
In addition, for over 50 years, Whisper has been supporting communities to ensure no girl loses her confidence at puberty because of her gender or her period. Whisper Singapore ran a campaign in partnership with retailer Watsons and World Vision to help keep girls in school in Nepal. As a result, 250,000 packs of Whisper sanitary pads were donated. Whisper Singapore also celebrated International Day of the Girl by donating 6,000 packs to girls in the Philippines, in partnership with World Vision Singapore.
Water scarcity is a challenge facing many parts of the world including several regions within AMA. By end 2022, P&G has committed all of its manufacturing sites located in high water stress areas, including our plants in Jeddah and Dammam, to begin implementing the AWS Standard, the globally recognized standard for water stewardship. Across its AMA sites, the company has sourced/recycled a total of 0.4 billion liters of water per year from circular sources and will continue to improve moving forward.
P&G AMA partners with EcoMatcher to increase tree planting transparency using blockchain, together with local conservation organizations. The initiative is unique as it leverages blockchain technology in the context of sustainability, to ensure traceability and offer full transparency with tree-planting projects in line with P&G’s mission to ensure sustainable growth and accountability.
