Standout Emerging Leaders is a highly selective leadership experience designed for exceptional students who want more than a traditional recruiting process. This immersive, three-day program brings together top early-career talent from across the country to experience P&G’s culture, innovation, and career opportunities firsthand.

Two Tracks. One Standout Experience.

When you apply, you’ll choose one of the following tracks. Both lead to the same outcome: a potential internship offer at P&G.

Commercial Track

Designed for students interested in brand building, business strategy, and commercial leadership.

Functions include:
  • Brand: Analytics & Insights (A&I), Design, Communications, Brand Management
  • Sales: Driving growth through customer partnerships and in-market strategy
  • Finance & Accounting (F&A): Using financial insight and analytics to guide business decisions
  • Human Resources (HR): Drive talent development, organizational culture, and employee engagement initiatives

Technical Track

Designed for students interested in solving complex problems through science, engineering, and technology.

Functions include:
  • Research & Development (R&D): Inventing, designing, and testing products used by millions
  • Information Technology (IT): Building digital, data, automation, and AI solutions that power the business
  • Product Supply: Engineering manufacturing, supply chain, and operational systems at global scale





What to Expect

Selected candidates will be invited to an all-expenses-paid, three-day experience hosted at P&G’s global headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio.

During the experience, you will:

  • Participate in interactive business challenges
  • Collaborate with other high-potential students
  • Engage with P&G leaders and hiring managers
  • Learn how innovation and leadership come to life at P&G
  • Complete a final interview at the conclusion of the program

The Outcome

Top performers will receive a summer internship offer for the following year within the function they are assigned at the end of the program.

How to Apply

  1. Apply to either the Technical or Commercial Standout Emerging Leaders requisition
  2. Rank your functional preferences within your chosen track
  3. Complete assessments and an initial interview
  4. Receive an invitation to attend the Standout experience
  5. Participate in a final interview during the event
  6. Internship offers extended following the program

Standout Emerging Leaders is an invite-only experience, and only a small group of top-performing candidates will be selected to attend.
