As part of the marketing team, I had the opportunity to handle multi-million-dollar marketing budgets and oversee the execution of the campaign. You're trusted to conduct thorough market analysis, research the landscape of your category, understand your consumers and develop a brand position that really resonates with them. I was very lucky to lead the Febreze launch in China and I'm proud to say I impacted every aspect of the brand.
