I came in as an intern, but I was given important responsibilities right away. From Day 1, I was expected to make decisions, control budgets, and handle agencies and suppliers. And I always had the resources I needed, from the support and guidance of my managers and colleagues, to the systems and software that have become the tools of my trade.
Everything P&G did in those first days showed me how I could be successful, and it was reinforced when my 8-month internship was cut short, and I was hired full-time after only 4 months. The experience and knowledge you gain here makes it easy to make very quick progress.
We’re encouraged to continually learn and grow here. I feel like help is always available, and mistakes are welcomed, as long as we learn from them. Those are the qualities of a family, and P&G has been a great family so far.
