The Procter & Gamble manufacturing plant in Belleville Ontario is looking for people to join their Power, Controls & Instrumentation Systems (PC&IS) Engineering management teams. Successful candidates will lead projects and teams specializing in PC&IS technology such as Robotics, Motion Control, Industrial Vision, Network Communications and PLCs.

Each engineering career-track assignment begins with the new manager onboarding program, including an initial 12-18 month assignment in a core manufacturing operations management team, to fully understand our core technology, business practices and the people who make it happen.

The Belleville plant is the single supplier of Always® feminine hygiene and Always Discreet® adult incontinence products for North America and is the worldwide leader of product & technology development for our biggest category of feminine care products. As a key R&D site and supplier of these strategic brands, the Belleville site has experienced significant technological and facilities investment over the past several years. The plant is highly automated and continuously investing in leading-edge automation technology to deliver savings and agility to our customers and shareholders.

Job Responsibilities:

Automation Technical Manager - Are you thrilled by technology? The Product Supply - Engineering organization is looking for Technical Managers that are up-to-date with the latest technology, process-oriented thinkers and ambitious for technical innovation. You will be inventing, developing and reapplying manufacturing, process, and engineering technologies for our world-class consumer products, managing the company’s multi-million dollar capital investments. You will lead projects and teams specializing in automation technology such as Robotics, Motion Control, Industrial Vision, Network Communications and PLCs. Your work will be at leading edge of technical fields as power and control systems, process mechanical, chemical processing, capital management, and environmental engineering.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Preference is given to those individuals holding university degrees in Electrical, Computer or Mechatronics Engineering at the Bachelor or Masters level.
