Odessa's role as an Automation and Data Engineer has taken her beyond her comfort zone and allowed her to find new fulfilling challenges.

At P&G, she's enjoyed much more professional freedom than what she had experienced in previous jobs. Even though this was her first time working in automation, she was able to set her own standards for her team from the start.

She’s not only worked on projects that have saved the company money, but she’s also done useful forecasting and provided regular visibility into data that wasn’t previously easily accessible. In his role as an ITOT E2E Site Leader, at our Dallas Mixing Center, Chris gets to learn incredibly advanced commands and use technology that goes beyond anything he’s found at other companies.

His role in deeply innovative assignments has fulfilled him beyond expectations. For instance, his latest automation project has him working on the implementation of self-guided vehicles to automate loading procedures at his site. Working on the necessary network, and ensuring the vehicles are being deployed and maintained correctly has helped him build new skills and accelerated his career growth.

When Momoka joined P&G, she knew it was a great opportunity to go beyond a conventional IT role.

Coming as an experienced professional in cyber security, she quickly took note of the many options she was given to improve her operational technology skills, which was an exciting new field for her. As a security engineer, she made sure to make the most of the available OT trainings. On top of the valuable learning experiences, she also expanded her network when she visited various manufacturing sites to gain a deeper understanding of the challenges they faced.

By also going through external trainings, certifications and being constantly supported by her managers, she’s gained the confidence and expertise she needs to excel at her role. This constantly fuels her desire to keep growing and reaching new professional goals.
