About P&G in the United Kingdom
There are a wide range of exciting opportunities at P&G in the UK, with all areas of our business represented across a number of locations nationwide.

Our UK Head Office is located in Weybridge, Surrey. Our Global Business Services Centre, based in Newcastle Upon Tyne, provides support to the European, Middle East and Africa region.

We have three Technical Centres, in Newcastle Upon Tyne, Reading and Egham, Surrey.  We also have six manufacturing plants.

Our UK organisation has around 5,000 employees.


Internships
Our internship programme in the UK is designed for those students at university who are in their penultimate or final year and are interested in a full time job at Procter & Gamble. Internships at Procter & Gamble not only give us the opportunity to evaluate your skills but they also give you the chance to get a feel of what working here is really like. If you are successful during your internship we are likely to offer you a full time job at the end of it.  Start dates for these will vary by function.  We welcome applicants from any discipline (except for Research & Development and Product Supply where specific technical degrees are required).

We are looking for around 80 interns for Summer 2010.

The FINAL closing date for internship applications is 31st March 2010. For most Full Time positions (unless otherwise stated), we do not have application closing dates, as we run a year round recruitment programme.
