What is the one best thing about working at P&G?
From the very first day at work in P&G I felt part of a team and very welcomed. Any questions or doubts were immediately responded to and clarified, as the Company offers training for every specific issue. P&G strongly believes in young generation geared for the future and shows respect for each individual.
What was your biggest learning at work?
The world of P&G!
Before joining the Company I hadn’t realized that such a big world was behind a single product. From the creation and design of a brand to its manufacturing, from sales promotion on the market to conquest the shelf share, for an idea. Consider that P&G consists of hundreds of different brands worldwide, therefore very talent people with a deep understanding of the world we are living in are welcomed to join. Differences are valued by the company as gathering these together is one of the key for success.
To put energy and passion for CMK’s job; to be open in understanding the voice of consumers and to be ready to face a challenge everyday!
Travelling, dancing, listening to music and enjoying arts are some of the ways through which I express myself.
