What is the one best thing about working at P&G? At P&G you are challenged everyday!! Within the multi-functional team you find business opportunities and then learn how to make the most of them thanks to experts’ support, but also trainings, practice and feedbacks for continuous improvement. What was your biggest challenge in the first 3 months after starting with P&G? During my second month at P&G, I made recommendations to the multifunctional team to define our strategic prime prospects for the next 5 years. Those recommendations were the results of the analysis of 7 countries thanks to 9 studies based on 4 different methodologies. Tell us more about your hobbies/special interests. Martial arts are my way of life. I am a Karate Black Belt (16 years of practice), art that I completed by studying Aikido (1 year), Full-Contact, Kickboxing and Muay Thai (2 years) before learning Krav-Maga (5 years). Now, I strategically decided to improve my ground techniques by learning Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts to complete my portfolio.
