Please describe your career in P&G so far (i.e. including locations, functions and GBU/MDO)
I have been involved in the global product design team of HUGO by Hugo Boss fragrances. My role is to define marketing strategies starting from cutting-edge consumer insights. All my career revolves around developing “influential leadership”: foresight, insight and vision setting.

What is the one best thing about working at P&G?
The amount of time, money and human effort the Company devotes to training its employees. In all possible disciplines, skills and areas of knowledge. There is just about nothing that can’t be learnt.

What is the one piece of advice you have for future applicants?
Do not apply for P&G if you are not completely open to learning every second and to putting yourself into discussion every day. And don’t be surprised if one day you’ll find yourself not wanting to leave ever. That’s the P&G way.

Tell us more about your hobbies/special interests.
I like writing essays about Contemporary Art, singing, writing and recording songs, playing volleyball, going clubbing and drinking wine.
