Nathalie Ormazabal - IDS Intern
What is the one best thing about working at P&G?Definitely, its people! It makes an absolute difference to go to the office every morning knowing you are going to be interacting with plenty of colleagues who are always willing to guide you and help you give the most of yourself. The company's constant effort to keep its employees happy is reflected in a great atmosphere at P&G.
What was your most exciting project? It was the in-store picture database roll-out in Spain. It involved being in constant contact with both people from abroad developping the tool and with the local merchandisers, and trying to satisfy everybody's needs. Although it was quite challenging, I really enjoyed this project!
What is the one piece of advice you have for future applicants?I would advise them to experience P&G at its most challenging, to get involved in the work they do, to take the opportunity to meet and learn from as many people in the organisation, and above all, to enjoy and have fun during their internship!
