Step 2 - Assessment

We want to understand what makes you unique. To reach that understanding in a fair and accurate way, we use standardised assessments that provide a comprehensive picture of your experiences, skills and abilities. We use this information, along with a review of your skills, qualifications and traditional interviews, to identify those candidatesmost likely to be successful in the final steps of our hiring process and in our business.

The Reasoning Test is a comprehensive/reasoning test that helps us to understand your analytical capabilities. The test consists of 40 questions.

Make sure you first review the "What we look for" section
Complete the 61 multiple choice questions

If you pass the online assessment you will receive an invitation to take our Reasoning Test. This will be at a P&G location, on campus or a specified public place such as a hotel or a library.
