Step 3 - The Interview Stage

Our interviews are about getting to know each one another. In most of our countries we start with an initial interview followed by, if successful, 1 to 2 final interviews with our senior management. To learn more about your talents and capabilities, our interviewers will ask you about your past experiences and accomplishments. Our interviews are unique in that they have been designed to predict the likelihood of a successful fit between you and P&G. As part of the interview you will have the opportunity to ask us questions and learn more about P&G.

Some hints and tips to prepare yourself for a successful interview:

  • Know who we are, what we do and what we stand for
  • Know what we look for in a candidate
  • Prepare the questions you want to ask us
