Information & Decision Solutions Internships

The role of IDS within P&G is to lead change and transform our multi-billion dollar business.

As an Intern, you will lead a real project with full accountability for the business impact. Your project will typically focus on solving a real business challenge, or transforming an existing business process.

Your responsibilities will be unique to your project. Generally you will be required to:

Proactively search for improved ways to run business processes.

Manage your time effectively and coordinate others.

Build collaborative relationships with your colleagues.

Proactively communicate the status of the project and help to remove roadblocks

Build your own capability through on-the-job experience, coaching and relevant training.

During the internship (lasting 2 to 9 months) you will be assigned a coach/tutor, a training plan to enable you to succeed and you'll have daily access to experienced colleagues for mentoring and coaching..

Internship location can either be in headquarters/general offices or a plant.

We are looking for:

Strong academic results

Students with a strong interest in both business and technology

Strong leadership, innovation and interpersonal collaboration skills

Analytical skills. Technical mastery is not mandatory

Good command of the English language is a must. Local language is a plus.
