Research & Development Internships

We offer a pan European scheme for Scientist/Engineer 2nd Entry Level Candidates. As you apply you can give preferences on Technical Centre (both within your country of study or outside) and specify duration. We have 12 week summer placements, 6 month placements and 1 year.

The various European Technical Centres also offer intern/placement opportunities for Researcher 1st Entry Level candidates. For these we normally only consider candidates who are studying in the same country as the Technical Centre. Note there are differing opportunities at each centre.

We have 2 entry levels at which we hire into R&D. Please read carefully as applications to the incorrect level may not be progressed.

The Scientist/Engineer 2nd Entry Level requires the highest evaluations against all P&G criteria. You’ll need to demonstrate academic excellence from school to university and we normally expect a higher/superior degree or Ph.D. Scientists/Engineers are expected to solve significant technical problems and lead the innovation process.

The Researcher 1st Entry Level accepts other degrees into research, laboratory or pilot plant positions. Researchers are expected to design and execute experimental work and analyse data.
