As an Intern, you will lead a real project with full accountability for the business impact. Your project will typically focus on solving a real business challenge, or transforming an existing business process.

Description
Information & Decision Solutions (IDS) professionals are experts in combining information and business knowledge to create innovative solutions that change the way P&G runs business and takes decisions. 

Within the Geneva Site Services organization, we are aiming at delighting our employees by offering them excellent services that enable them to perform at their best. Site Services are combined within the following buckets – IT & communications, facilities & printing. P&G has 2 sites in Geneva with more than 3000 people. Western Europe but also Central Eastern Europe Middle East and Africa headquarters are based in Geneva together with main Business units from the company (Household care, Beauty & Grooming, Health and Well Being).

Key priorities in the IT field for 2010 in Geneva are the following: launch of new Office package to all our employees, discovery of new collaboration tools between sites, PC performance and how  can employees best leverage their tools, system flow of employees, expatriates and new hires in Geneva.

As an initiative leader in the Geneva Site services team you will:

• envision opportunities to delight our employees
• manage projects (schedule, communication, roles and responsabilities)
• commercialize ideas to the site

Qualifications
We are looking for:

• Students with a strong interest in both business and technology.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal collaboration skills
• Project Management experience (esp. organization & discipline): how to run a project, manage resources, communicate project results and status
• Good command of the English language is a must.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

This internship is for 6 months as of February or March 2010.
