Responsibilities

Description

In this role, you will be assigned with the below responsibilities:

Achieve company objectives for Pharmacy channel

Develop effective distribution and visibility based on company strategy

Lead and manage the achievement of the sales, detailing out and merchandising objectives within the assigned region in line with agreed targets and brand/trade marketing programs

Ensure internal and external network development for P&G OTC business (Key influencers, Pharmacists, doctors, Academics)

Identify, collaborate and monitor the progress of our 3rd party external agencies (detailing, regulatory, merchandising, distributors)

Lead Pharmacy sales; execute Pharmacy strategy by linking requirements of Key Accounts, Traditional Wholesalers, pharmacy chains, Distributors with Sales strategies/objectives, improve distributor organization capability to be capable to implement the annual plan achieving objectives on sales, distribution, merchandising, unsaleable, stock level, business building programs, organizational development and sales compliance strict implementation and control

Launch successfully OTC, FMCG and medical device products and secure a trade relationship for P&G Pharmacy Channel.



Qualifications
At least 3 years experience in Pharmacy sales management.
Strong records in Pharmacy management and sales experience as Medical representative would be preferred
University degree in Chemistry/ Pharmacy/ Chemical Eng. would be considered a plus
Strong track record in leadership, working within cross-functional teams, influencing and communications skills
Strong track record of delivering results and meeting and exceeding business goals
Strong records on Pharma regulatory affairs and capability to launch new OTCs would be considered a plus
Valid driver’s licence
