PS Engineering - Process
Meaningful work on Day 1
From day 1, you will be a key member of the Process engineering team developing, defining, and executing Process related projects to support initiatives, capacity, cost savings, and improvements across our P&G Manufacturing Plants and contract manufacturers.
As a Process Engineer, you will:
Will develop technical mastery in P&G developed and off the shelf process technologies.
Will work cross functionally with Process Development, Manufacturing, Finance, Purchasing, Planning, and MPD Process.
Will leverage P&G packing labs for scale up testing (Mini, Macro scale) on new making processes/formulations, equipment/technology improvements.

Technical Mastery: You should have technical mastery or curiosity of process technologies (Piping, Pumps, Making Systems).

Leadership: Ability to set technical direction, balance competing priorities, manage conflict, to deliver multiple packing project across multiple sites.
Innovation: Ability to innovate as well as reapply proven solutions.
Priority Setting: Manage tasks across multiple projects. Ability to juggle multiple priorities, and to be able to adapt to change.
Communication: Ability to communicate effectively, constructively, and timely with cross functional team members and leadership.

Responsibilities as of day 1. You will have full ownership to deliver change and results from the beginning and expect to gain expertise in Project Management, Capital Management, Reliability, and Modeling & Simulation (these all have internal P&G certification programs.

- BS/MS in Chemical Engineering but others may be considered
- These positions are entry-level with up to 4 years work experience.
- Travel Expectations – 25-50% (Domestic or Global)
- Willing to relocate.
