Being in the role in P&G Health, you will be supporting the Business Unit Manager and multi-functional teams on administration, checking stewardship and compliance and other activities with accuracy and agility. To achieve this, it is crucial to work with the team effectively.

Your team

You will report to the Business Unit Manager of Personal Health Care Vietnam.

How success looks like

You will ensure high levels of collaboration and motivation from cross-functional teams and distributors, which are important to organization success!

Responsibilities of the role

  • Oversee the administrative process of distributor’s activities to ensure stewardship and alignment with agreed scope.

  • This administrative process includes verifying distributor’s activities and related costs, recording distributor’s proof of performance, checking the accuracy of daily sales data, tracking monthly budget and updating on the system.

  • Verify all practices are carried out in compliance to P&G policies and Vietnam pharmaceutical laws/regulations.

  • Provide administrative support such as arranging meeting, training or symposia logistics and other administrative support as needed.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably pharmaceutical-related) with an excellent academic background

  • 2+ years of pharmaceutical working experience as business admin is a plus

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and effective collaboration skills

  • Able to work independently and problem-solve for issues

  • Meticulous and organized; able to execute and meet deadlines

  • Able to deliver tasks with a sense of urgency

  • Ability to handle and oversee multiple tasks simultaneously and to prioritize

  • Good (written and spoken) communication and interpersonal skills;ability to work across cultures and with diverse range of people

  • Fluency in English (oral and written) plus local language

  • Good command in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and related software.

  • Be flexible and accessible during peak periods of work
