Our Opportunity

We have a unique opportunity for a Digital Transformation Leader in our Lima, Ohio Manufacturing facility. The facility is one of our most technologically advanced facilities, one of our highest producing sites, and is known as a cradle for building technological mastery and leadership development. You will partner with Product Supply Project Leadership for P&G’s Solid Unit Dose (Tide Pods, Gain Flings, etc.) business. The role will serve as the Technology Platform Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) for the Site and will develop overall strategy for Lead Line Pilot Execution.

Ongoing Partnership will be required with the Leaders to
•Build specific execution plans and prepare/execute lead line deployments.
•Execute site specific start-up requirements, i.e. change management, initial and operational qualification.
•Support lead line pilots to include develop plans of deployments on additionalLima lines.
•Support digital fluency across the organization and broader supply chains.
•Own eSystems supporting Integrated Work Systems (IWS) Defect Elimination (eDefect), Loss Elimination (eLE) , Daily Direction Setting (eDDS)
•Be the site PDP Key User to drive greater usage across the sites
•Lead Proficy projects to deploy LEDS for Perfumes and MOQ1.

•Lead the Lima Site Transition from Maple to Proficy and build OT capability in the technician leaders at the site.
•Partner with PS Project Lead, SUD Platform SPOC, and St. Louis Site SPOC to develop overall strategy for Lead Line Pilot Execution

We are currently looking for a passionate and technology savvy individual to join our Product Supply Team. In Product Supply you will not only utilize your current skills and capabilities, but you will also have an opportunity to grow your expertise.

We use state of the art analytics tools to deliver operational excellence. We use big data sources, AI, and analytics to maximize productivity and minimize costs.










Qualifications
Must have:
Project Management skills.
Leading Technical Deployments
Six Sigma/Process Mapping experience
Defect Identification
Preferred:
PMP certification
Previous experience in Information Systems would be a benefit.
Experience in plant environment - specifically understanding of how operations work and utilize data.
Experience coaching and building technical capability in others. Ideally this includes experience leading teams of technicians.
This is a complex program and you can expect high visibility and the opportunity to build project management and collaboration skills at the largest P&G manufacturing site.
