In our Product Supply department, we produce consumer goods to supply our customers with high-quality product, timely, and at a low cost. You will innovate to ensure the development and use of the most sophisticated technologies. We value your creativity and skill in analyzing and solving problems.
Your role in Product Supply:
In this role you will have the opportunity to be on the fore front of Supply, responsible for Raw Material executions (Material Cost, Quality, Delivery, and Innovation), in touch with regional and global players, and able to influence business strategic decisions. You will discover our leading technologies which are world-renowned. You will also discover the P&G standards and methods. In the end, you will build your own capabilities through the job experience, mentoring and training. Are you ready to take the challenge?
Engineering degree - recent graduate, no more than 2 years of experience
Strong analytical and data analysis skills as well as a problem solving and risk assessment approach
Ability and desire to balance multiple projects simultaneously, in different stages
Leadership, Communication, Collaboration skills and ability to interact well with multiple functions and their specific focus
