Sales Account Executive
Strategic Sales at Procter & Gamble is the right place to strengthen your mastery in sales environment & leadership development! As a Sales Manager, you´ll directly meaningful and impacting responsibilities as of day one. You´ll be in charge for maintaining and expanding a long-term partnership with your customer by continuously proposing solutions and plans that meet their objectives. To do so, you’ll develop a keen understanding of your product categories and markets. Whilst building the plans, you will not only develop your negotiating and sales skills, but also your financial & marketing skills, analytical insights and logistical understanding as you are responsible for your client from A-Z. Aside from your team, your manager will also be able to provide coaching and help you wherever needed, which will ensure a fast learning pace. You will be in charge of to set up the P&G brands to be best in their category by driving retailer growth and will have the opportunity to strategically partner with our customers to develop and lead joint value for both companies. You will create and lead the delivery of P&G’s in-market strategies. You will work in a diverse environment, across multiple product lines, business units, and functions. You will manage and improve distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandising. You will need to develop productive, working relationships with key customer contacts and well ideal business plans. You will be expected to bring to bear consumer insights, by using analytical tools and data systems, in the development of Joint Business Plans and new departmental and category insights. Manage customer Current Account & funds Collaborating very closely with teams from other departments; Resolve any issues and problems of your clients and act as a link between your customer and the internal teams.

Requirements for the role
University Degree (from any field). Experience in Sales. Fluency (level B2 or above) in English language. Elegible to work in Argentina.

Qualifications required for this role:
A college degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s if fine, preferably with some business focus) Managing agencies and people Excellent forward-thinking, strategic and strong leadership skills Strengths in analytical thinking Ability to drive innovation and brand growth Strong communication skills Proficiency in English (written and spoken). Strong thinking/problem-solving skills which can be applied to business processes with a "can-do" attitude Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities Experience in Super Markets is desirable
