In everyday work, Brand Communications nourishes a variety of strong and trustworthy relationships with stakeholders that can be leveraged to build and protect the business as well as the reputation of P&G and its brands. Brand Communications Manager effectively manages strategies to build and sustain a positive image of brands with all relevant external stakeholders including media, celebrities, influencers, professionals, and scientific/technical institutions, and NGOs.
Brand Communications Manager is expected to be proficient in below responsibility areas;
Creating integrated communication with a focus on digital / Brand PR strategies and Credentialing programs and plans that generate earned awareness and advocacy and lead the execution of these plans & events.
Building, maintaining and leveraging superior stakeholder relationships and lead execution of influencer engagements and events.
Leading media relations for brands
Leading social engagement strategies, community management and produce compelling content that influences opinion and drives action in support of our brands.
Leading risk assessment and preventing & managing Brand Issues & Crisis
Managing and developing Brand PR agencies and act as a strategic counsel & leader for the multifunctional team.

The person needs to have a minimum experience 3-5 years in building strong PR / digital plans

Flexibility to cope with multiple priorities and changing external environment while keeping focus.
