Product & Process Associate Scientist

We are currently looking for a graduate with a Chemical/Engineering/Process background to join our team within our state-of-the-art laboratories in Reading
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Develop foundational understanding of process and packaging procedural work and develop expertise in execution and application work by combining hands-on experimentation with scientific principles and knowledge from their science/engineering education
Drive foundational technical understanding and solve challenging technical problems addressing critical innovation and in market challenges.
Begins to develop network of colleagues within Process, Packaging, R&D, and PS Disciplines across the company and across their business unit.

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
B.Sc/M.Sc in any of the following: Chemical/Engineering/Process or closely related fields.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Turning data into learnings and influencing project direction.
Effective collaboration skills with people with diverse skillsets and from diverse backgrounds.
Capable of working effectively within a global, multifunctional team.
Independent and self-motivated.
Proficient in English with strong written & verbal communication skills.
