Your role as a Digital Product Manager is a strategic role in the Product Development Lifecycle with you being responsible for the ultimate success of a product, ensuring the needs of the organization and its customers are met, delivered on time, within budget, and at high level of quality.


As Digital Product Manager in P&G you will:
Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, working closely with technical team and the business partners. Define the product vision and strategy, create and maintain the product backlog, manage stakeholder relationships.
You will be responsible for the below mentioned areas.
Product Features Prioritization:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features and enhancements.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Define and communicate clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Gather and prioritize customer feedback to drive product improvements and updates.
Product road map:
- Develop and own the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and strategy.
Product performance:
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and user satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to drive continuous improvement of our products.
Key Stack/Framework for this role: DevOps, CI/CD, Agile/Scrum, ALM (Application life cycle Management), Microsoft Azure.
