As a Marketing Technologist you will:
Build, deploy, innovate, and operate the MarTech stack in our digital business programs. This enables our Brands or Customers (online/offline) run successful DTC (direct to consumer online platforms), CRM, eCommerce, Search and Media performance marketing programs. The role act as a critical enabler at the intersection of marketing, data, and analytics.

You will be responsible for the below mentioned areas.
Lead the Build, Deploy, Innovate, and/or Operate the MarTech technology stack:
- Take charge of the development, deployment, innovation, and operation of MarTech tools.
- Work across different domains, brands, and channels to ensure effective integration and activation of architecture, technology and right set of data generated from P&G digital touchpoints such as media and e-commerce platforms.
Deliver real-time insights and business transformation recommendations:
- Provide actionable insights that enhance key performance metrics.
- Inform the development of new business models and optimize digital and ecommerce operations.
- Actively participate in the execution and scaling of processes and capabilities.
Bridge the gap between Marketing and IT:
- Utilize strong business acumen to facilitate communication and understanding between Marketing and IT teams, while adhering to compliance with IT policies, including cybersecurity and privacy mandates.
- Ensure that technology solutions align with business needs.
- Take the lead in developing and implementing new business models.
Be a trusted leader and influencer:
- Serve as a respected authority and practitioner of MarTech tools.
- Collaborate across Brand teams (Senior Brand Managers and Brand Directors), other multi-functional teams and external agencies/partners to align plans, solve problems, and deliver results
Key stack/framework for this role includes DevOps, CI/CD, Agile/Scrum, Python/PySpark, SQL, and Google Cloud Platform.
