Empower P&G’s brands with superior performing audiences and consumer understanding
The world we are in is increasingly being shaped by digital technology, with consumers increasingly shifting activities online. In this context 1st party data (generated by P&G brands and programs) can be a critical enabler to competitive advantage and value creation. Unlocking the potential of 1st party data depends on how well a company can integrate its data sources and link them to marketing activities.

This requires efforts such as adopting the right technology, a data-first mindset, combination of in-house specialized skills power and SaaS solution by more intuitive tools and reliable stewardship and governance systems for privacy and Info security. Consumer 360 is P&G’s modern solution to connect, curate and use first party data to help P&G brands provide superior omnichannel consumer experiences that create value and support business growth. It was possible by using one of top 3 clouds in industry. The skillset we embraced was comprehensive and included DevOps, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Product Management, SRE, DAMA and leading programming languages. Consumer 360 helps brands create value by operationalizing the use of P&G’s vast amount of 1st party data through best-in-class technology for superior activation.

Natalia Lipczynska - Senior IT Manager - Data Asset Manager

At P&G, right from the start, I have been empowered to go out of my comfort zone, take decisions and actions impacting P&G global data strategy. As of day one I have been given a broad scope of ownership and responsibilities that expanded my leadership skills. I joined P&G at the time of global digital transformation and I have been revamping IT landscape by migrating consumer data to cloud-base environment. Within 9 months I completed migration for 18 countries in EU in the standard data model. I built acceleration process of data migration, I collaborated with multiple vendors across three continents to enable timely decommission of the legacy ecosystem. On a daily basis I support all European marketing teams with the creation and execution of digital campaigns to enable precision targeting and to ensure P&G acts in line with consumer preferences and GDPR. At P&G I learn every day - through my daily job, hands-on keyboard experience and through countless number of worldclass trainings and workshops I participate in. I treat every day as an opportunity to upskill myself and be a better IT professional.

I have recently had my second #PGDay1 as I have returned to the company. My goal is to enable P&G brands to deliver delightful online journeys to our consumers. I make sure P&G stays ahead of the game and can communicate our products and offers to consumers in a personalized way that captures their hearts! What I love about P&G is the fact that even after a time off on another gig, when I rejoined, I could immediately connect with my peers. There is something about P&Gers that makes it easy to work with them – you can immediately trust every single person.
